Whether you're just getting started in your online business, you're gearing up to launch your signature online course and want the best (and easiest) software, tech and tools, or you're ready to scale and want to seriously level up - you've come to the right place!
Below you'll find all the best of my Little Black Book of Tech, Suppliers and Software to run your online business.
Getting your software, tech, tools and suppliers right can be a literal game-changer for your business.
The software. tech and tools I use in my business (and recommend to you) are based on ease of use and functionality - I'm here to help you create a simple yet sophisticated business - and some of the big tools out there just don't have the same level of functionality you need, or they're complicated and don't feel good to use.
Get it right from the start with my recommendations below.
MVP 1: Kartra
I switched to Kartra in 2019 when I was gearing up to launch a Membership and it's been a game changer ever since. It's an all in one software that I use for my emails, checkout, courses and memberships, surveys and questionnaires, calendars, helpdesk options and video hosting.
Unlike other software - it also has advanced analytics, allows things like countdown timers on pages, AB testing and bump offers on products.
If you're a coach or consultant and you're doing either 1:1 coaching, online courses or memberships - Kartra is awesome!
MVP 2: Thrive Themes
I'm convinced that Thrive Themes is one of the online business world's best kept secrets. I've used Thrive Themes for YEARS and so many of my clients have switched to the software because it's easy to use, has SO much functionality and it's very reasonably priced.
I can build an entire website in less than a day on Thrive, and sync it to mailing lists, include awesome functionality like deadline countdowns, page templates, lead magnet inserts, popups and so much more.
All my websites and pages are built on Thrive Themes.
MVP 3: Canva
I LIVE in Canva and use it every single day to run my business - I create all of my social media graphics, online course worksheets, online course mockup graphics and my webinar presentations on Canva.
And hot tip: If you can swing it - I HIGHLY recommend snagging the paid version - you'll never look back.
MVP 4: WordPress.org
WordPress.org is your go-to hub for creating blogs, podcast show notes, webpages, and custom templates to give your site a consistent look.
WordPress is your digital canvas for sharing your ideas and creativity with the world. No need for tech wizardry – it's user-friendly.
MVP 5: Digital Pacific
I've used Digital Pacific right from the start - and always found their customer service, knowledge and ease of use in their backend to be top notch! I've peeked inside the backend of many web hosts and let me assure you - Digital Pacific is awesome.
Whether you need web hosting, domain management, or cloud services, Digital Pacific has you covered. They're the go-to platform for keeping your online presence running smoothly.
MVP 6: ManyChat
From the get-go, ManyChat has been my go-to for revolutionizing my marketing strategies – and let me tell you, their array of features and seamless automation capabilities are game-changers!
Whether you're aiming to streamline your marketing workflows, personalise customer interactions, or drive conversions like never before, ManyChat is your ultimate ally. With its intuitive interface and powerful automation tools, it's the perfect solution for supercharging your marketing efforts and taking your business to new heights.
