It’s so easy (and common) to think that when you grow your business to a particular revenue level, everything becomes easier—or that business should always feel easier.
The longer I run my own business, and the longer I support other business owners at the deepest level, I see that your level of success in business is a direct reflection of the level of discomfort you can navigate and hold, while remaining regulated and steady.
And I can directly tie my success in business to many of the hard decisions I’ve made over the years.
Such as… hiring a business coach for $4,000 on just an 8-week package as I started my business and right off the back of a failed launch—which then led to a program that made $150,000 across the following 18 months while I worked super part-time hours.
Or… taking a pay cut early last year in order to reinvest in growth via email list building and joining a high-level mastermind… which then later led to a six-figure month and my best-ever sales year to date.
