My coach convinced me to do this and I’ve never looked back

I’d always been a 1:1 coaching girl and never baulked at investing in coaching, purely because I know—I do better with it. I move faster, I know I always want the shortcut and in a world where everything is either time or money—if you know me—you know that my time is PRECIOUS—so I’ll invest money to save time. Moreso though—I actually get major anxiety when I’m operating (regardless of whether it’s a good season or bad) in a silo.
